Inspired by the lyrics, we developed a story in which 2LADE, usually seen as the confident hip hop artist, finds himself drawn to a powerful female lead played by Toni Dreher Adenuga. The narrative mixes emotion, humor and style in a way that feels honest and cinematic. The concept turned Ohrwurm into more than just a song; it became a short film full of character and visual rhythm.
From preproduction to final wrap, WEWEREKIDS managed every part of the shoot as a full service film production. Our crew coordinated scheduling, equipment, permits and set organization, ensuring every shot aligned with the song’s tone. The workflow was fast and precise, allowing us to capture the energy of the track while keeping the look clean and modern.
We filmed at Weeze Airport, a concept hotel and several urban backyards in North Rhine Westphalia. Shooting at an active airport required planning, clear communication and proper permits. Our production management handled every detail to guarantee smooth operations while maintaining full creative control. The locations added atmosphere and made the film visually diverse and memorable.
Toni Dreher Adenuga brought a rare mix of professionalism and charisma to the set. Her performance created the emotional center of the story and perfectly balanced 2LADE’s laid back energy. Casting her as the lead gave the video a modern, confident presence that elevated the entire production.
In postproduction we focused on rhythm and flow. The pacing mirrors the song’s structure, keeping each scene alive and balanced. Color grading gave the visuals depth, strengthening the connection between image and beat. The result is a music video that feels cinematic and ready for every platform, from YouTube to broadcast.
We team up with local rap artist 2Lade to turn his lyrics, visions and meanings into a visual story that hits just as hard as the track. Music and film amplify each other, creating videos that feel authentic, creative and true to the artist’s voice. With this approach we're not steeling attention from the song, we add to it!
