The concept was built around the idea of portraying the collection in a mythical and serene setting. Misty forests, slow moving moments and a gold like presence formed the visual frame. By creating epic yet calm scenes, the clothes became the natural focus and the mysterious force guiding the narrative.
Every shot required precise preparation. Working in a wet forest without paths meant that we had to plan angles, lenses and movements with accuracy. Detailed visual planning allowed us to adapt quickly during unpredictable weather while still capturing the frames needed to tell the story without compromise.
Two full trucks of equipment, a nature reserve, permits and logistical coordination turned this into a full scale commercial production. Despite rain, mud and cold, the workflow was smooth. With WEWEREKIDS the November moor became an epic set for a clothing trailer that not only met expectations but surpassed them.
Scouting the forest thoroughly was essential. We walked the terrain, evaluated light conditions and mapped the exact positions for each moment. Combined with our visual planning, this created a reliable blueprint for the shoot and ensured that every idea could be executed efficiently and safely on set.
Our inhouse editing and grading suite allowed us to handle the project with speed, consistency and a clear artistic signature. Keeping everything under one roof preserved the intended style and ensured a smooth process from the first cut to the final polished image.
The collaboration between director Thilo Vogt and cinematographer Pasindu Goldmann was key to the project. From film school to award winning features, their shared creative instinct has shaped many strong visuals. Their experience and chemistry made them the perfect team for a concept that required bold thinking and cinematic intuition.
